About the Program

Building Green Future Leaders

The ASHEPA Green Future Sustainability Challenge is an education and recognition program for high school and university students. It promotes sustainability knowledge, environmental responsibility, climate awareness and practical leadership for Africa's future.

Program purpose

The program helps students understand how sustainability connects with the environment, health, safety, society, the economy and responsible development. It encourages young people to think critically, act responsibly and become positive change makers in their schools and communities.

Students learn through structured online lessons and then complete a timed quiz. Participants receive verified certificates, and top-performing students may be recognized through ASHEPA sustainability awards.
