Why we collect this information

Information is collected to register participants, provide course access, verify student identity, manage quizzes, generate certificates, prevent misuse, review results, publish approved rankings and communicate important program updates.

Verification photo

The verification photo is used for identity and integrity checks within the platform. It is visible to the student and authorized administrators. It is not displayed on the certificate.

Quiz and integrity data

Quiz timing, IP address and device information may be used to detect unusual activity and support fair participation. These records help administrators review results before confirming winners.

Certificates and verification

Certificate verification pages may show basic certificate authentication information such as student name, candidate ID, certificate number, program, level, final mark, issue date and certificate status.

Data protection

ASHEPA will take reasonable steps to protect participant information and limit access to authorized persons who need the information for program administration.

Student responsibility

Students should provide accurate information and should not share their login details with others.
